If you’re looking for me to clean your solo, help with some movement quality or technique, or simply have questions and seek guidance in your career, these sessions are great. It’s really all depending upon what you’re searching for and I’m happy to help you along your journey.

Looking to dance in person? No problem. You will be responsible for booking space but we have some affordable suggestions.

My method and expertise:
I have a BFA in dance and an MFA in dance pedagogy, over 15 years of experience in the dance industry as a dancer, choreographer, and educator, and 10 years of experience and education in dance safety and advocacy. I have a trauma and somatic informed approach, and aim to educate from a decolonized place—I continue receiving guidance and support here, and believe as your dance guide, it’s important I remain mentored and supported through therapy, shadow work, advocacy, and life coaching. While I value and honor technical dance training like physicality, injury prevention, textures, picking up choreography, camera work, etc, I believe that mental wellness and the depth of your humanity are the core guiding structures of evolving your artistry, and are of the upmost value in creating a long lasting dance career—or honestly, whatever you choose to do! I’m invested in guiding your humanity through dance and I aim to create an inclusive, accessible, and courageous dance space. My methods are always evolving through research and development, and I look forward to being on the journey with you. Thank you for trusting me to assist you along your life journey.
